- 1 1/2 oz Blueberry-infused Ghost Coast Honey Whiskey
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Infusion: Muddle 1‑pint blueberries and add to 750mL Ghost Coast Honey Whiskey. Let sit for 3 days, strain, and enjoy!
Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass and garnish with lemon wheel and mint.
