- 2 oz Ghost Coast Honey Flavored Whiskey
- 5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 4 Mint Leaves
Add the pineapple juice, lemon juice and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle the mint. Add the whiskey and then shake vigorously.
Strain the liquid into a serving glass over ice.
Makes one 8oz serving. Multiply amounts for Punchbowl service.
