Fourth Release Straight Bourbon Whiskey

The Fourth Release is one of four limited-edition releases that will be blended in 2020 to create Ghost Coast’s Master Bourbon. 

Made from a mash of corn, wheat, malted barley, and oats, fermented with a saison yeast, the fourth release 24-month Straight Bourbon Whiskey offers a unique, cozy, wheated bourbon with a subtle spice. The wheat allows the saison yeast to sing its own spicy song, bringing forth flavors of crisp apple, warm caramel, walnut, and pepper. This bourbon was made with a cozy winter in mind, offering a smooth, soothing, and slightly sweet finishing Straight Bourbon Whiskey.
