Distilled from Grade ​“A” Molasses and aged for well over a year in freshly emptied bourbon barrels, this harkens back to the favorite tipple of the colonial South. Notes of butterscotch and vanilla appear before the molasses makes its presence known. From start to finish, a product of Savannah — even the molasses was made here — this rum can stand by itself, or play well in a favorite cocktail.
