Oglethorpe's Mule

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Ghost Coast Vodka 261
  • 3/4 oz Lime Juice
  • 3/4 Ginger Syrup 
  • Club Soda
  • Mint Leaves

Directions
Shake first 3 ingredients, pour into copper mug or Collins glass, over ice, top with Club Soda. Garnish with Lime wheel and mint sprig.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Ghost Coast Vodka 261
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Honey
  • 1/4 oz St. Germain
  • 4 Basil Leaves

Directions
Shake and strain into coupe’ glass, garnish with basil.

  • 1 1/2 oz Ghost Coast Vodka 261
  • 1/2 St Germain
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients, & pour into rocks glass over ice.

  • 1 1/2 oz Ghost Coast Vodka 261
  • 1 oz Honey Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
  • 4 oz Prosecco

Directions
Shake first 3 ingredients, pour over ice, top with Prosecco and Ginger Beer. Garnish with lemon wheel, rosemary sprig and pomegranate arils.

  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 oz Peach Liquor

Directions
Shake all ingredients, pour into double rocks glass. Garnish with orange twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Ghost Coast Vodka 261 Orange
  • 3/4 oz Maurin
  • 1/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Fresh grapefruit pieces
  • 3 Sage leaves

Directions
Shake and strain all ingredients into wine glass over ice. Top with tonic, garnish grapefruit twist and sage sprig.
